2007 Georgia Couple of the Year

Kelles and Laura Sue have not been in the Gold Wing Road Riders Association for very long, but they have made a lasting impact. On March 4, 2005, Kelles and Laura Sue bought their first Gold Wing and soon became members of GWRRA.

Their first chapter to  visit was Chapter E of Thomaston.  Kelles and Laura recognized a number of people that they already knew, making them feel very comfortable and right at home.  Chapter E quickly became their home chapter.

Since joining, they have traveled to 14 states on their Gold Wing and have visited several chapters in Georgia and Florida. They also enjoy evening and weekend rides to relax and explore Georgia together.

Laura Sue and Kelles have become very active in the operation of Chapter E. Laura Sue designs and cares for the Chapter’s Scrapbook. Kelles is the Chapter’s Webmaster. They also hold the positions of Assistant Chapter Directors, Rider Educators and Chapter Couple of the Year for 2006.

During their reign as Georgia’s Couple of the Year, they will be working with the Membership Enhancement Coordinators to promote the Couple of the Year program throughout Georgia. They are looking forward to their busy schedule, including helping out Wing Fling, visiting as many of the District Rallies in Region A that they can and attending Wing Ding 29 in Billings, Montana.

Kelles and Laura Sue love visiting chapters.  So don't be surprised if they show up at your next meeting!
