“Public relations” (PR) is defined in Webster’s New Collegiate Dictionary as being “the business of inducing the public to have an understanding for and goodwill toward a person, firm, or institution; also: the degree of understanding and goodwill achieved.” Webster’s New World Dictionary defines PR as “relations with the general public as through publicity; specifically those functions of a corporation, organization, etc. concerned with attempting to create favorable public opinion for itself.” We are excited about GWRRA here in Georgia, and want to spread that excitement. To help do that, we have created two types of posters you can use. One is a "Pull-Tab" flyer which can be printed on an 8-1/2" x 11" sheet of paper. This is great for small bulletin boards or doors. The other poster you can download and print is designed for 13" x 19" poster size. This is best if taken to a professional printer or to your local print shop such as Kinkos. These posters are great at dealerships and other places where you really want to catch the eye of passing motorcyclists. Please feel free to use these posters, but please make sure you always seek permission from the proper person before posting any GWRRA materials. Please let us know your ideas for Public Relations. Thanks,

Posters & Publications To download
PULL TAB FLYER The Pull Tab flyer is designed to be disposable. It is 8.5 X 11 in size. You should print it on plain paper. After it is posted, monitor it and when the tabs are all gone, replace the flyer with a new one. Put this pull tab into anyplace with a bulletin board where it is allowed.
13 X 19 PR POSTER Unless you have access to a wide format printer, the poster should be taken to a commercial printer such as Kinko. This poster is designed to be displayed for a long time and should be printed on a heavy matt paper. This poster should go into any location with heavy traffic where Wing riders may frequent.
Post Card The post card is available either 4 up or 2 up. Some stories may not carry 4 up stock. I bought 2 up stock at Office Depot. It has an Avery reference number 8386. Make sure you practice getting page two in correctly before using the templates. I found it best to print out page 1, turn the paper and then print out page two. Please be sure to seek permission from the proper person before posting any GWRRA materials. |
